Yes, you can have your monthly period and still be pregnant. For the signs, I guess you are asking for those of the pregnancy, often they aren't any signs. All you can do is to test yourself with a pregnancy test.

well with my first child I didn't know I was pregnant til I was 5or 6 months along. I just thought I was getting fat and really didn't know why I was so emotional. Ya I had a couple periods while I was pregnant. Also depending on how far you are a long, your breasts will leak

Definitely yes! My friend was 5 1/2 months pregnant and didn't know it because she had all her periods. When we went to the doctor to talk about a tubal ligation, he told her it was too late!

Yeah my mom did for half the pregnancy regular pregnancy signs, nausea, tired, fatigue etc.

yes I am sure you can sometimes have one I have also heard of people been 5 or more mths pregnant and did not even know it did they not miss there periods either.
