What if you knew that the man u plan 2 live with, as roomates only is doing it for a sense of control. I'm conteplating moving me and my child in with my bd because he asked us to and we made a deal which, I think actually made since. It would help us both financially, he would get 2 know his child....plus, we decided not to try and be together or anything......NO BOOTIE.....but, after much thought, I'm thinking it is only a matter of control.....what do u think?

And if that were true, and i knew it to be true, would it be wrong to move forward with the decision knowing exactly where he stood?

But do you know exactly what he is thinking or do you think you know. Have you asked the father what he plans or thinks. This could have significant impact on the child if you move in and then decide to move out. YOu will confuse the child. Financially it is a good move if you both agree, but without doubt, the father will want to start controllin certain aspects of the childs life, but thats where both of you have to compromise.

Some men will do anything to get out of paying child support !
Take him to court.
Live on your own ,he pays 1/2 of day care and full child support .
elcome to the real world .

I think it would be a wrong move. He would probably want to move into bed with you more than anything. Get yourself a female roommate and see this guy on neutral ground. I think if you do this ,you are just going to get into a problem situation.

Go to Roommates.com. There are plenty of female roommates there you can select.

See at this juncture , you should be more cautious , do not believe every thing immediately , take lots of time to take big decision like this , or you will be treated like a slave , must have confidence in your own strength and do not allow anyone to play with you or your emotions .

You are setting yourself up for a fall...your gut is telling you its not a good thing, learn to trust your instincts! Living together just because its convenient isn't good for anyone concerned especially your child!
