Go to Edit My Info
Scroll down to where it says "Communications" on the left side of the window.
Look at "Email settings."
Check the box next to "Allow email communications with other Yahoo! Answers users. (All email addresses will be confidential)".
You can also check the other box to get IMs.
And that's all you need to do. Now you can communicate and be greeted by others. Feel free to IM me!

Answers does not give out youe address but it will forward e-mail.Go to your q&a page and click on edit prifile...under communications you have the potion to allow e-mails.

If you click on your pic-- it will direct you to your website where people can e-mail you. I think that you are very hot but at 18 way too young.

Allow other Answers users to contact me via Yahoo! Messenger.
Check that box, so your yahoo id will be displayed to other users.
Yahoo IM id = yahoo email id

They don't need to know your email address, because every time they click "contact (whoever)", their message will automatically be sent to your email. So it's like the same thing.

Don't worry about it, your email address is hidden but there is a link that says "contact Lindsay" so you can be contacted....
