Does anybody know what is the time at which the 1st episode of the 5th season of the tv series "24" start?

I saw a part of an episode of the 5th season here in Mexico and it was 3:14 in the show, so i want to know howlong has it been since it started.
Im talking about the tv series called "24" with Keifer Sutherland as Jack Bauer

they usually start in the morning...I think 8 am
