I guess it would be Marygirl. But that would mean it would be a little boy acting like a little girl. I would call that Prissyboy. So the literal antonym doesn't work as well.

Assuming the Tom is like the Tom in tomcat then I guess it would be Queengirl. Queen being a female cat.
