My boyfriend wants me to take a test just as a precaution for right now...What time of day will give me the best results?

The best time to do the test is early morning. The early morning urine contains more hCG or human chorionic gonadotropin ( a hormone produced by pregnancy). On early pregnancy you may do the test anytime as well but you you need to hold your urine for at least 4 hours prior to doing the test.(Hold yourself and do not pee for at least 4 hours).

First thing in the morning when you wake up! But if you get say EPT and you are pregnant it won't matter. Pregnancy tests are a lot more accurate these days. Just make sure you do it right. Mine lit right up first at nine pm and then in the morning. My last pregnancy was the same way and one of the test was a cheap eckerd's brand. Good luck hope it's what you need it to be.

The morning is the best time to take the test. I've taken them at different times and the one that seems to hold true is when you wake up. I've even tested negative at 6 months. The morning has alawys shown up the best. Mornings even proven to show a more acurate weight as well. Not sure why.

The best time to take a pregnancy test is from the first urine in the morning in early pregnancy.But if you are more advanced then any time of the day.

Your first pee of the morning is your best bet. Remember to pee a lil first in the toilet then let the rest on the stick of the test.

For best results, use it first thing in the morning...ya know when ya hop out of bed and have to rush to the loo! Your first morning's urine has the highest concentration of your hormones in it! Good luck! :)
