The answer to this is simple.
Would you want your wife to tell you if she was having intercourse with another man?
Relationships need honesty and you with holding this is not right.
Also if you have to go elsewhere to get intercourse or anything else for that matter than why are you still married. If you want to play and go out and do stuff with other women then maybe you shouldn't have gotten married in the first place.
Did those vows that you said and took when you got married mean anything or did you get married for all the wrong reasons.

Yes , try to sort out the things with her. Both should check what drive you to be unfaithful and how to solve the problems.
Hidding things will drive you crazy and it will end in a spiral of lies.
Sooner or later women discover the truth.
Most of the times they get more hurt for the lies than for the infidelity itself.
So my advise is yes, tell her.

Why not just wait until you give her a disease. Obviousley your wife is a useless bag of dead meat so go ahead and break her naive heart and destroy her pathetic illusion that marriage is a special contract between people in love.

Well, Id assume the way you seem to treat this so causually, then yes, you should tell your wife you are a cheater. That way she can leave you, move on with her life, and hopefully find someone who will love and respect her, as you seem not to have either of these for her.
