Ok on Firered I allready got Moltrease but I used my Matserball and now I found Zapdose and I only have ultraballs (28) but still i got his life down to where you could barely see it and it wouldn't get caught.
I even tried the masterball cheat, what should I do?

Fire red is the remake of the original red, right? I haven't played since gold, but I'm pretty you have to give it a condition (poison, sleep, etc.) as well.
Also...you're going to regret using that Master Ball. If I recall correctly the only way to catch Mewtwo is with the Master Ball.
...it's really sad that i know this.

It's iffy trying to freeze Zapdos... the only attacks that freeze a Pokemon would do 2X damage to it, as it's a Flying type. I'd go with paralysis. Get a good strong pokemon in there that knows stun spore or something like that, but do it quickly. (Again, Zapdos is a Flying-type and would do double damage to any grass types that have Stun Spore)
Regarding Diamond and Pearl, don't bother looking. They come out Sept 28 in Japan; the other release dates have yet to be announced.

Even if u have the health all the way down, just over killing it it is still too powerful in its normal state. U need to give it a status problem. Not poison, burn, confusion. These either can or will further hurt the pokemon and maybe even kill it. Try to put it asleep but if u can freeze it it is almost a sure thing to be caught
