I Know many of you have heard this saying before. Seeing the world wide issues today, I would like to know your thought regarding my question.

My thoughts regarding your question are: Yet another illiterate child who doesn't know the difference between "to" and "too".

This dosn't make you that bright either. I feel the word thoughts represents more than one. You only gave me one thought. Yes I do knw the difference between "to and too" have you ever heard of TYPOS. I can see where mental well being stands. You seem to like to critize misspelled word instead of getting involved in WORLD WIDE ISSUES.

We are going to fullfill what we have all seen in the movies... that man will be the cause of his own destruction.

The conflict in the Middle East has been going on for thousands of years, but now it looks like the terrorists are getting more and more high tech weapons. There are many predictions in the Bible about "End Times" events. Many of the "End Time" prophesies seem to be happening. We have been in what seems like "End Times" since World War II. As we get closer to the end more and more it looks like it's soon.
It might be that in the Middle East we are seeing the stage set for what is described as this terrible battle called "Armageddon" that happens in Israel. It looks like Iran is trying to destroy Israel, but don't be surprised if Moscow is behind some of this, and China also. Read the book Daniel Chapter 8-10, and the book of Revelation. It's rather cryptic writing, but eerily close to what we are seeing now.

Another vicious circle. History repeats itself, just the players, countries and names change.

If people think today is bad - ask your parents about nuclear bomb air raid tests when they were kids...

Ahh Peter - parties don't "run" The Supreme Court or the judicial branch. I suggest learning the difference between an ideology and a political party in America. Should have by 5th grade - but we know the state of that "parties" educational system in America...

We are beginning to come out of a cycle that saw the American government, all three branches, run by one party. That party tried to impose their vision of the world on the rest of the world. It didn't work. If we are fortunate, I think America can learn from this terrible crazy time and be more humble. The next few months and the next two years will be very difficult.

I feel very sad to say this ... but i think that we are moving towards World War III ... and the world major military powers are responsible for it... today America clearly gave a lesson to all the nations that if you dont have a strong military you will end up like afghanistan and iraq.... therefore military race has started in the whole world... which is not going to end if world powers will keep on doing what they are doing......

2007 maybe. Do people remember the "Cold War" years when nukes were parked off the US coast in Cuba? Bay of Pigs? Ring a bell? This is bad, but it could be a lot worse.

"If the generation of today, with their idle ways, lack of respect and general disregard for authority is allowed to run the world it will be the ruin of us all" - Thomas Jefferson

I paraphrased that, but it always makes me think.
