Does it hurt to get ur bellybutton pierced? Does it hurt worse or the same as getting your ear pierced. And do u think that 13 is too young to get your bellybutton pierced? And do u think bellybutton rings are hot?

It feels like a pinch when you get it done, it actually doesn't hurt as bad as getting you ear pierced. I don't think 13 is too young; that's how old I was when I got mine done. Bellybutton rings are really hot right now.

i know all about the belly piercing -i should i have had it done 5 times and will have to get it done a sex(no it never once got infected it keeps migrating and then rejecting but eventualy if will stay becase the scar tissue will toughen up -n no it doesnt hurt to repierce coz of scar tissue -many people say it does ) i got mine done the first time when i was 10 which is not a good idea you should be atleast 16 because the younger you are the more chance it will reject because your body is still growing and changing please email/IM me at babyangel81490@yaoo.com if you have any more question

i see girls getting thier belly done like 10 times a day, an never once have they said it hurts as much as they thought it would have, your anxiety will get you before any pain will, the part you need to be concern about is have to take care of it for months an months afterward an if you prepared for that. it can get snagged on a t-shirt in a week an get swollen again. you just have to be careful. but the initial pierceing takes like 1 minute

Yes, 13 is way too young to get your navel pierced! You should wait until your at least 16. And yes it does hurt.

Not to put a damper on this "fad", but I know of several girls who had such a severe infection, it made them unable to have children, ever.
Think about it, you were not meant to have a "hole" through your muscle tissue so close to your umbilical cord.
Piercing is a dangerous fad - the only thing you can pierce that most likely will not become infected is your ears; however, how many people have you seen with "sore ears".
It just isn't worth it -- if you weren't born with it, don't do it.

Yes, it hurts.
More than your ears. MUCH more. And it gets infected easy, and it even hurts after you get it done.
13 is too young.
They are hot on some people.

Yes, I think belly button rings are hot but you shouldn't be worrying about what's hot and what's not. You have PLENTY of time for that in a few years.
