Sometimes when we think we are pregnant we have symptoms. It's all in the head. Other times we can be pregnant but have neg. test. I'd go to the doctor and get a pregnancy test done by having them draw blood. That is the most accurate way to tell.
As far as twins. If you are pregnant then only the doctors will be able to tell you if you are carrying twins. They will either do a ultra sound and see two fetus' or they will use the heart monitor and they will hear two separate heartbeats.
In any case, I wish you the best if you are pregnant and if you do have twins ...Oh Gosh .. I really wish you the best!!
Blessings to you !

Well first off, I wouldn't be wondering if you are having twins just yet but first, are you truly pregnant? Having two negative tests, if done right, and you think you may be pregnant? What symptoms are you having? Sometimes when somebody wants to be pregnant so much, they can have false pregnancies, or showing pregnancy signs and symptoms but not really pregnant. I would say you need to be seen by an ob-gyn. doc as soon as possible. If you can't afford one, then get yourself to the clinic nearest you. No matter what, you need to be checked and have a blood test drawn, which will straighten out if you are pregnant or not. I will say a prayer for you and keep you in my thoughts! Take care of YOU!!! Good luck!

Theres no way to know whether you're having twins without a sonogram or ultrasound. The pregnancy tests are pretty accurate, but not always. You should check with your doctor to see if you are in fact pregnant. Ask for a blood test and then you will know for sure. Good Luck!!

Well, one thing really doesn't have anything to do with the other. FIRST you take a pregnancy test. IF it's positve THEN you get an ultrasound (or have a Dr. check your hormone levels) to check how many babies are there. Even IF you are pregnant, odds are it's just one. Twins are still a rare occurence in natural conceptions.
