I think people believe that if Hezbollah gained Israel’s territory that they would be happy and all the terrorist conflict would end there. I know this is not the case. Terrorist Muslims hide behind a cloak of religion whilst they seek to gain ultimate world power. The Koran states that Allah cannot return until the world is cleansed of all infidels (anyone who does not believe in Allah). You start to get a understanding of why they hate the rest of the non-Muslim world when you read the tenants in the Koran and the Hadiths.I read more militant rhetoric in the Koran and Hadiths than I ever heard or read in my eight years active duty in the Army. These Muslim holy books call for them to do all that you have seen the terrorists doing in the last 50 years. It should not be a surprise to anyone that they are doing what they’re bible and Muslim clerics tell them to.Isreal is just a speed bump and the rest of the world is the mission. If you don’t believe that the average Muslim agrees with the terrorist’s actions then explain to me why they were dancing in the streets after 9/11.Good day to all of you, and may our future generations never have to endure the scourge of religious tyranny in the future.

You must be aware of how ignorant you liberals are and how much you are governed by ignorance and emotion and poverty. There is nothing anybody can say to you because you are a hot headed 'children' on government assistance with no idea of history and what Israel means to the USA. Poor lil Lebanon. Poor old Iraq, poor old ravaged nation. (Lets give em back their leaders!) They never did a bad thing ever. Bad, bad Israel, buncha warmongers. What a CROCK! There MUST be some liberal non-thinkers out there with a more well-rounded teaching. NOT!
Hey KID - you don't have any choice where your tax dollars go???? HAHAHAHA Did you ever hear of VOTING?

Are American's aware?
I think you will find much apathy in the US, though is it really that much different from anywhere else in the world that isn't directly affected?
I dislike how Isreal abuses its military might. I also despise what the American government is doing with our military, with our sons and daughters, with our dignity and respect, and our good name.
"With great power comes great responsibility."
Unfortunately, our leaders mistake that to mean we have the responsibility to strike first (pre-emptive wars). I think we need some wiser men and women among our leaders. I think they need to re-evaluate their strategy and realize we could do so much more through less aggressive means.
Instead our leaders are living in denial and refusing to accept that our own policies and actions may have helped lay the groundwork for this new era of hatred and violence towards the West. And now we are actually supporting Isreal to act in the same irrational manner, only deepens the wound we are creating.
One side can say, if we do nothing, they will destroy our way of life. Hmm.. ok. Who are THEY? The muslims? The terrorists? The radical extremists? The funny thing is, that is MORE likely to happen, and happen with a lot more vigor, IF we continue on the path we are currently taking (using might and power to "force them into submission). HELLO... are we just screaming BIG BROTHER? Who in their right mind WANTS to be controlled or told what to do by an outside force? Get real. We are practically helping their recruiting efforts. Sure, let's destroy their ability to live and support their family and break them down to a survival mentality that comes to the following equation: For me and my family to live and survive, I must join the ONLY group that offers me some chance: those labelled as "terrorists".
IS THIS the great plan of our administration and Isreal's new goal? Because that is what they are breeding, hate and violence against us and our own kind.
Imagine instead, we focused less on seeking vengeance (the never ending cycle) and instead poured the same energy into developing new energy sources, ending poverty and hunger, focus on freedom through self-reliance instead of freedom by overthrowing the stability of a sovereign nation. Don't create chaos, create possibility and hope. Let them seek their own means to governmental freedoms. Help people to live better, healthier, and able to support their families and suddenly, you are not their enemy, but their greatest ally and friend. We have so missed the opportunities that have occured the in the past few years. Katrina, the Tsunami, the chaos in the Middle East. We have abused our power and missed the opportunity to show our greatest strengths and assets.
Now Isreal is jumping on the bandwagon and lashing out without thinking. I thought it would end with Sharon. How sad it did not.
"Anything started in anger, ends in shame."
I am ashamed for my country and those who claim to be our leaders. We could have done so much better with our power and influence. Instead it has been squandered on ego and greed.

It's a sad fact but civilians die during military conflicts. During the NATO bombing of Serbia several hundred civilians died, but not very many Americans feel Bill Clinton is a war criminal. So people aren't necessarily going to apply a double standard to Israel.

Are you not aware of who started this conflict. Hezbollah. It is okay for them to hide amongst innocent Lebanese and launch unguided weapons into whatever it happens to hit in Israel.
Ever hear that phrase God protects Fools, Children and Drunks.
He doesn't really protect Fools.
Israel dropped leaflets telling people leave we are going to bomb.
They leave they don't get bombed they stay they do.
What kind of IQ is required to see hey three's a guy in my neighborhood shooting a rocket at Israel, **** I better get out of here before Israel Shoots back, that's what the guy shooting the rocket is doing.
What degree of intelligence is required to realize if you are in a place or area that has Hezbollah flags all around it might get bomb maybe I shouldn't stay here.
The Lebanese need to wise up and quit giving Hezbollah their bodies and their blood, because Hezbollah wants blood and that is all they shall get or accomplish.

I think the media washed their brains by stuffing it with reports about terrorits and Al Qaeda. So any civilians that die in this part of the world (middle east) became a terrorist until proven otherwise for americans.

Well that's a load of bull!!! I don't support that savagery over there!! It is the most disgusting thing I have ever seen! WE have no choice over where our tax dollars go. In fact I'll bet there's not one American who would like to keep every penny they earn. We get swindled out of our own money and we have no say in the matter.

,Never has an imminent war been so loudly and publicly advertised as Israel's forthcoming military attack against Iran. When the Israeli Military Chief of Staff, Daniel Halutz, was asked how far Israel was ready to go to stop Iran's nuclear energy program, he said "Two thousand kilometers" the distance of an air assault.

I know Lebanon is innocent and isn't killing anyone? I am tired of everyone making Israel look bad. Lebanon is killing innocent people in Israel. I support Israel and I think they are going to win.
