TALK TO HER! It's much better than going behind her back and breaking into her MySpace. That will make her not want to trust you, and she might just go and make another account and not let you know about it.
Go online and find newspaper articles and reports about kids that have had MySpace-related problems (stalkers, killers, creepy old men with false profiles, etc) and print them out. Then sit her down and calmly explain that you're worried about how much information she's putting out there and how dangerous it is. At 13, it's hard to really understand what kind of people can be on the other side of that screen. So please try to have a mature, adult talk with her and look like the caring older sibling. Then leave her with all the articles to read in her spare time so she can really learn for herself what can happen. Then help her change her MySpace. Show her what's appropriate and acceptable to have on there and what's not.
If all else fails, go to your local police station and ask a policeman/woman to come speak with her. I'm sure they know alllll about what happens on MySpace. Some even help catch pedophiles and stalkers by setting up false profiles themself. Or you can try to download Fox's Undercover episode on MySpace. I saw that and it was great the way they showed how people get in touch with one another, how dangerous it can be, and how people are NOT what they seem when online.
Please please please, do it the mature way and speak to her. I don't want you to end up losing her trust because then there's no way you'll ever be able to help.
If she still doesn't listen, you can always make up your own false profile and pretend to be some guy her age from across the country. Ask her to be your friend, then start messaging her back and forth. See what type of information she gives away. Write it ALL down. Also, after awhile, tell her that you're "coming to town" to visit your grandmother, or father or something, and ask if she wants to meet at the mall or something. See if she'd be willing to meet you. If she says yes, then she's in HUGE danger because she might be agreeing (or would agree) to meet OTHERS in person. If she does. Confront her immediately. Show her all the information, which you'd written down, and show her how easy it would have been for anyone to stalk her down. If they have her name, school name, age, picture and a couple other things about her, they could EASILY come to the area, look up her last name in the phone book, then just stake out at every house that has your last name until they see her. Then they know where she lives, her phone number and everything!! That would teach her a serious life lesson quickly. You could even set up a time and meet her at the mall yourself with all the information ready and tell her how it was really you, but it COULD have been ANYBODY! Then sit her down in the food court and have that serious adult talk over some food.
MySpace can be an extremely dangerous place if not used properly. Let her know it in a way that she'll actually learn from, not in a way that will make her question how much she can trust you. She won't realize it's for her own benefit if you just hack in and change stuff or something.

Make a profile with a complete DIV layout making it to look like the MySpace login screen. Edit the form code to e-mail you whatever the user inputs into the forms. Request your sister as a friend, she will more than likely look at your profile, see the login screen, then type her info in.
