can anybody tell me how to compress a 700 MB Hindi film to 100MB?

i want to shrink videos @ vcds also pls sugest software

the software called dvdshirnk. just go to the website dvdshrink.org or afterdawn.com and type in dvdshrink. it's free. I am not sure if this will help because normally this is for shrinking several (about 8GB) onto a 4.7GB DVD. But it should work with what you are trying to do. But instead of shrinking that 700MB Hindi film, find someone with an external DVD burner and NERO software and burn it to straight to DVD format.
