You mean "induce" labor.
You can talk to the OB doc and let her break the water with a plastic device. Usually the body would begin to have contraction. If it's not strong enough, the doctor may give injections to make the process faster. Well, this can be done assuming there is no other health concern for the mother.
Talk to the doctor. That's the best way.

You don't need to brake the water to start labor. Did your Dr. or midwife strip your membranes. If not ask them to. That always started me right up. 12 hours after having that done I went into labor. It's safe and easy but must be done by your healthcare provider.

there are alot of old remedies like herbal teas, sex, walking, spicy food but the truth is you will not go into labor until your body and you baby is ready.

There's lots of thing you can do. You can have sex, walk, get mad or angry, eat spiecy foods, etc. Things along that line.

well... different things for different women.
for some, it actually works by eating spicy foods. long walks.. and even sex for some.
but its gonna happen. naturally.

drink orange juice with castor oil in it.... worked for my mom... she delievered me the next morning!

don't use castrol oil they say that it could harm your baby. take long walks,have sex.
