I remember a while ago they did a survey and the word that foreigners liked the most (without knowing the meaning) was diarrhea.

when I was in sixth grade a substitute came in and had been in asia. we listened to a love song that had the word "pile driver" in the middle about 12 times. So I will go with pile driver.
