none of us here are doctors. real doctors are out their saving lives or catching up on some sleep. so heres the best advice i can give you...
see a doctor. it could be for your yearly physical. but you want to catch whatever the problem (if there even is one) is before it potentially gets worse dont you? im not saying there may be a problem..but if there is, you want to be safe. it may be a nervous thing as well.. so maybe the doctor would prescribe a medicine to ease your nerves. dont worry, just have a doctor check it out, and you'll be on your way to uninterupted sleep.

Could be a lack of magnesium. A relative had terrible leg cramps and they went away after taking magnesium. You really should check with your doctor.

Sounds pretty much like a typical pregnancy to me. You might want to try sleeping on your left side and putting pillows behind your back to make sure you don't roll over. This is best for your nerves and blood flow.
