If you worked for the same company twice but different years how do you put it. Because it takes up to much space to put down the entire paragraph 2 times.

Just note the years (1991-1993; 1997-2000)

I would put the different times in the same paragraph. For example(1999-2000,2002-2003)

It is not necessary to organize your resume chronologically and state all the dates. You can organize it based on levels of responsibility or the size of budgets or staff supervised, etc.

if you did the same job you could do something like this 2002-2003/2005-2006 then if you get the interview and they ask just explain it to them

you can alway cut and paste.
you will have to put that company down twice.

Show lapses in employment, because it will come up.
