I do and I like it fairly well, you do save quite a bit of money, especially if you make a lot of long-distance calls.
It works by connecting your phone to a special adapter that you connect to your internet modem, for it uses your connection to send your voice over to other internet phone providers, regular land lines and cell phones.
Pros: The unlimited plans offer free unlimited calls to all states, Canada and some cities in Europe. If you move, you just take your phone adapter with you and wherever you have internet service, you'll have your phone (and you keep your number). It also comes with caller ID and voicemail included.
Cons: You won't have service if you a have a power outage and therefore you won't have 911 access (unless you have a battery), the sound quality can be a little bit choppy at times.

My husband uses it for business. He likes it fine.
They are easy to work with, but it might depend on where you live as to how well the service would be.
