I use avon it's cheep and a little oily but around that time of the month I use Mary K it's not oily and works even better.
I know you said found at drug stores but avon delivers and is cheep and drug store brands do not work for me.

To be basic, the terrific removers for water resistant mascaras could be an oil purifier... besides the undeniable fact that in case you do no longer decide for something in basic terms oil then i might propose a million/2 and a million/2 products like Lancome Bi-Facil or for a miles less high priced option something like the Neutrogena eye makeup remover (interior the blue bottle). those are often a million/2 remover + a million/2 oil-based remover and demands shaking the bottle before utilization. nonetheless a tad oily yet works.

Try Neutrogena's...it feels oily but it's oil-free. Rimmel's works on regular mascara, and L'Oreal's doesn't even remove THEIR waterproof mascara!!

Revlon eye and lip makeup remover works for me! Or even better, try baby oil dipped in cotton wool. It is non-sticky and removes all heavy eye makeup!

I swear by baby oil. It only takes a little bit, and it's cheap. Just use your regular facial cleanser afterward and you shouldn't feel oily.

don't waste your money on makeup removers... baby oil and a cotton ball will work just as well. just don't use too much and then use your regular cleanser after that.
