Well I gave birth twice. once with and once without. to be honest when I had it by the time I gave birth it wore off so It didnt really matter.

There really is no way for you to know the answer to this until you are in labor. I was totally against it and said I would never get it. When I was in labor I was in so much pain if they had offered to put me out I would've said yes. I went real fast so I didn't have time for the epidural, but I now tell people to try and not get it, but don't feel bad if you need it.

if you dont handle pain very well then i would get an epidural

i don't know they say you have to stay very still one small move could paralyze you. not to scare you but it's hard when they poke you with the needle but it's hell giving birth to a baby without medication.
