100 kilo meters per hour is about 60 miles per hour. so 22.18 hours with no slow downs or fuel and bathroom or meal stops.
Grumpys 3 days is a bit long but a two day run is reasonable. if you got two drivers and take turns then about 24-30hours is reasonable. depending on traffic..

I am having a hard time decoding your question.

I will give this a shot.
You are going somewhere 2218 Kilometers away.
you are driving.
and you want to know how long it will take at highway speeds.
I don't know your speed limits but I'll assume an average speed of 50 Kph that would allow for re-fuel and rest stops. that would be 44 1/2 hours driving. you may want to break that up into a 3 day trip.

based on elementary physics, you can't convert those because kilometers is for distance and hours is for time... both are very different quantities.. unless u specify a speed.. for example, if your speed is 1 km/h, then it would take you 2218 hours to travel 2218 kms... for 10 km/h, 221.8 hours... for 100km/h, 22.18 hours.. get my drift?

It depends on the speed limits. if the speed is 100 kms/hr then it would take a little more than 24 hours to get there. (plus bathroom breaks etc)

You can't convert distance directly into time. How long it takes to cover a given distance depends upon your speed. At 100 KPH, it would take 22.18 hours to cover that distance. At 200 KPH, it would take 11.09 hours.

Its pretty simple really. Just use the same conversion formula you would apply for converting kilograms to nitrogen.
