visit your doctor, it could be a hormonal problem, definitely. We all have our ups and downs but aren't women supposed to be at their peak at 35?? Tell your doctor you have a low libido and don't let him brush it off, you should go for blood tests

At 39, you are probably starting to enter peri-menopause. This is a time where the ovaries start to shut down their production of hormones. Estrogen being the most obvious. You may be low on testosterone, the male hormone that drives our sexual drive. Though testing may not show you anything yet, you may tell your doctor about it and he may prescribe some hormone therapy to get you back to normal. But, as with anything, you are getting older and your body is going to change.
You also might take a look at your relationship. Is there anything there that is causing you to not want to have sex? We are emotional creatures and if we sometimes have problems, they can overflow into this part of our lives also.

Go to your doctor there are pills that can help with low libido.
You could also be going through early menopause or there could be some other reason.

Have your homones checked out, could be pre-menopausal. Not to scare you; it happens in shifts like that it doesn't mean menopause tomorrow but that could be it.
