TBWA means Tragos,Bonnange,Wiesendanger,Ajroldi.
TBWA\ is an Advertising agency. It was founded in 1970 in Paris, France, as a merger between Tragos American Management, Bonnange French Marketing, Wiesendanger Swiss Creation, and Ajroldi Italian Client Services. The first letter of each company name provided the initials for the new organization. They have since begin part of Omnicom Group.

So if you are a Catholic that means you are a Christian. When you introduce yourself it is more easy for others to understand and more comfortable for you when you say ' I am a Christian' or 'I am a Christian - Catholic' than 'I am a Catholic'.

I'm assuming the backward slash is the derivation of the logo. If anyone can shed more light on the logo and its development and design, I'd like to read about it. I knew Jay Chiat back in the 70's when I opened my firm, Jacobs & Gerber, Inc. in Los Angeles. So bright, confident, and talented. Had many discussions about the business, and his plans to build something very different in West L.A. which he and Guy did, and finished it off with Claes Oldenburg's Binocular sculpture in front. Frank Gehry's building design was and still is spectacular, and stands today as a Venice landmark.
The 70's was such a great time to be in the business as a young creative.
