a girl and i had sex but i think she has had sex with others. so if she has the kid and she doesnt know who the father is for a while and i finally found it it was mine would i have to pay back child support if i did ever find out it was mine.

You will be responsible for child support from the time that she filed for child support from you. If she was on welfare, you will probably have to pay the state back any money that she received while you weren't paying support.
You might be responsible for paying for the child's share of the delivery and hospital charges, depending upon the insurance situation.

Not only will you have to pay the back child support, but you'll be responsible for the hospital bills, and the paternity test fee too.

Yes, you are obligated by federal and state law to pay child support. You will go to jail until you pay it aswell.
