life is hard and yes hardwork and honesty gets no where in life.. i have been through living hell and i am only 24 years old.. when did you take your insurance off of your car? liablity is allways a good thing to keep on your car even if its an old beater.. i have a 92 lumina that has been through everything you could imagin.. 8 deer, rear end collision, front end collision, hitting a round bale the big ones in a feild..a big trampoline during a storm flew on top of it are just some of the things that happened to my car. however i had recently just put liablity on it other wise i had comp. and collioson on it which paid to get it fixed after all of my accidents and deer hitting... are the police in your town investigating the incident? if not i would recommend to you that you bring it to the DA in your town. i hope this helps you out and hope you have the best luck at catching them KIDS..

Think of it this way: if you continued to pay the $159 a month, you wouldn't have to pay 5K now....that's why insurance is a good idea. Sometimes you have to spend a little to save a lot. Those who are wise with money always have a little saved for when a rainy day happens. Bad things happen, but you could have been better prepared.
By the way, where I come from, a 1998 Honda Civic with 80,000 miles isn't worth anything near 5K.

I would talk to a lawyer about this. http://www.lawguru.com is website where you can get free advice from a lawyer when you post a question, and I think that they would be able to help you out.
Regardless of your insurance, theft should be covered.

collect your evidence of evidence of possession of the tire, it is listed on the artwork order to positioned the tire on the motor vehicle and the vehicle plate variety. THEN call the police and tell them the position the motor vehicle will be. this isn't a minor remember, vehicle robbery is a $ Multi Million criminal agency.
