whos fault is it? what sould i tell her?

I have a friend an she haves Cystic fibrosis (CF) she thinks its her fault that she haves it, i said no its not your fault, she said then who's fault is it? we both belive in god plz give me some ideas to what to tell her, thanks

it is caused by a genetic fault so if you believe god made man then god made genetic abnormalities
