The Longest Coach I can find is a man called Ivor Verdun Powell 88 years old who's career as a coach for Team Bath fc was 53 years long in 2004 when he went into the Guinness book of records , he also was coach at Leeds & Carlisle ( have no dates sorry). Then comes a man called Guy Roux he has been coach for Auxerre for 44 years ( no other clubs). Then we have Sir Alex 1974 - 1975, East Stirling, 1975 - 1978, St Mirren, 1978 - 1986, Aberdeen, 1986 - present Manchester United, 32 years. I do`nt know if anyone can find others these are all I could find.

Guy Roux was Auxerre's (France) coach for over 30 years. Sir Alex is the longest serving Preiership manager.

If you are talking about EPL manager for 1 particular team (it's called Manager instead of coach in football, European football at least) who is still serving, it's Alex Freguson. 20 years and counting...
