You need a cool hat. Seriously, the leaders of the posse always have cool hats....and a hot sister.

First you gotta have a quality or personal wealth that many are envious of....then you tell people you will give them nice presents to hang out with you, and after awhile you are paying people high prices for simple tasks and no matter what you do they won't go away. So everywhere you go you have paid buddies. Sounds fun?
