since then i hardly eat fast food, and walk to work. i know you have to diet and exarcise to lose wieght , but could i see any difference from that change??

Of course, because you are now getting more exercise and cutting out a lot of bad fatty foods from your diet, if you keep it up you may see some small changes in a few weeks.

of course. hopefully you will quit fast food all together and keep exercising. You should be breaking a sweat and raising your heart rate in order to really be 'exercising.'

see the movie 'Supersize Me.' You will never want to eat McDonald's again.

oo i worked at mcd's too...it sucked & plus it grossed me out so i dont eat there anymore...heard about that study where most ice in restaurants(like mcd's) have more bacteria than toilet water?? (& sum of the bacteria in the ice were like bacteria from s**t too)...even more motivation to quit fast food altogether =P
