I believe you are at the goal weight for your height. I am 5'2 and my range is 115-125. I currently weigh though 202! I just had my first baby and I am 24 yrs old. I have alot of working out to do! Just eat healthy and get into sports or exercise regularly. Have fun and don't let what others tell you bother you...otherwise all through high school that will be all you worry about. The boys will like you just the way you are no matter how tall short fat or thin you are there will always be someone that likes you.

Don't listen to the idiots that are telling you you're fat. You sound like you're at a healthy weight. But what you should really do is look at yourself in the mirror and like what you see, rather than focusing on a number. If, for example, you start working out, you may gain weight because muscle is heavier than fat. But you may actually like the way you look better than before.

No way your totally healthy. I am 5'3 too, and according to my doctor the appropriate weight for a female who is 5'3 is 115 to 130lbs. Basically anywhere between that is healthy. All these girls running around weighing only 95lbs. are not healthy. Most of them have problems with pms, medical conditions, and chiropractic issues late in life. Plus from my experience with men, they like a woman who actually has shape, not just a stick. Your just fine the way you are.

Short answer: No.

At your age, you can lose or gain 25 lbs in a year and it won't impact your health at all. If you are just worried about looks, then that's for you to decide. And thats hard for a stranger to answer if they don't know what you look like and how you carry your weight. If your stomach hangs over your belt-line, then you should probably try making better eating decisions. But if you are well proportioned (curvy/voluptious), then that can be a very good thing!

You sound just about right, but exercise to keep toned and for a healthy heart. Stay away from fatty foods and foods with trans fat. Watch the carbs and sugars. Eat plenty of fruit and vegtables, fish with omega 3 and no more the 6 oz of red meat 3X a week.

No you're not fat. You should try looking on a height weight chart and see if your weight is in the right range (Ask a doctor or just look it up on the web). But sometimes that weight is due to muscle.

Girl, you are sooo not fat. Why is this even an issue for you? You are 14 years old. Don't you have something else to occupy your mind...like school or something else that will enrich you. Plese don't allow society's obsession with wieght rub off on you. If you think about it, most of the celebrities nowadays are underweight...and NOT cute.

Check the Body Mass Index. It tells you the healthy weight you should maintain for your height. For you, normal would be 107-135 lbs.
