My worst fear is that you will not pick me for the best answer. However, I have an awful fear of spiders. I found one in the bathroom several days ago....and I'm still keeping my eyes out today when I go in there....(and my husband already killed it)

Being in a position not to help people.
A few years back I came upon a traffic accident. There were a few rubberneckers just looking and gawking.
The driver that casued the accident suffered a heartattack while he was driving and wrecked. People at the scene assumed he was just unconscience, I cheked his pulse, there was none.
I initiated CPR and worked on by myself until rescue arrived, nobody asked to help. He was dead. And my efforts did nothing. I talked to one of the bysatnders that witnessed the accident, he said it happened 10 minutes before I got there.
I'll never know, but if someone were to have started CPR before I got there maybe he'd be alive today.

There is a scene in Kill Bill 2 - Uma Thurman being buried alive in a tight wooden coffin. You can hear her breath and the fading sound of soil banging on a wood. And then her breath in silence..

Getting even fatter that was a good one.
I would say heights but mostly watching the people you love grow old and die and getting old myself right along with them
