There is a way to estimate. It's no more accurate than an ultrasound, but ultrasound isn't very accurate after about 13 weeks, either. And it's not true that ultrasound is perfectly safe. The fact is nobody knows. There is evidence (but no absolute proof) that it can damage the baby. And most pregnant women are exposed to ultrasound radiation at every office visit with the Doppler, multiple times from an ultrasound scan during pregnancy, and almost continuously during labor. Remember that x-rays were once so "harmless" that they were toys used in shoe stores as a gimmick to see if your shoes fit well.
At about 12 weeks pregnant, the fundus (top of the uterus) will be right at the top of the pubic bone. Between 18 and 36 weeks (some say only until 32, but I learned that it's until 36-38 weeks or when baby drops), the height of the fundus (above the pubic bone) in centimeters is the age in weeks of the pregnancy. See sources section below.

most accurate way is an ultrasound and it doesn't harm the baby at all it is very safe, they cant just tell u with touching the belly, they can feel something but not exactly the size, they can feel the position they're in, in an ultrasound they can actually even tell u how many pounds the baby is, how long and if all its organs have been formed correctly, id go for an ultrasound

Fundal height measurements. 34" = 34 weeks, etc. But not always very acurate, and can only be used in late stage pregnancy. Go see a doctor/midwife.

I want you to call a doctor and make an appt. Tell your parents. You must grow up and be responsible for a life you have made.
Call a doctor or clinic (planned parenthood) get in there and get some help.
Please tell your girlfriend to take prenatal vitamins, and not to smoke/use/or drink. Please get your "wife" to a doctor asap.
Good grief.

not by measuring the belly, you can't. count when your wife last had her period and when she's supposed to have it again. she should go to the doctor. pregnant women need pre-natal care for her good health and the baby's.
