You should do Bally Fitness. It is for two weeks I have seen the results and people look so much better. Go to your park and do some laps or join a YMCA sport. Drink lots of water. No soda. Eat fruits for a snack. Eat 6 small meals a day. No McDonalds

Don't worry about it. Walk with your head high and realize you're self worth has nothing to do with your waistline. Once you realize that, then you can eat better and create your own sensible workout plan that's fun and to your liking. If you don't stress... the belly will disappear on its own. But if you stress... it'll just be a war of the wills between you and your body.

actually, I've heard cardio reduces a belly better than sit-ups. go for a walk every evening if you can. taking a friend makes it even better. :D or go bike riding or roller blading.
if your belly sticks out like you're pregnant (but you're not), you should get yourself to the doctor and have some tests done to make sure you aren't diabetic or insulin resistant.

eat plenty of protein, do cardio like running at 3 times aweek, lift light weights like 3-4 times a week, and crunches 3 sets of 15-25 3-5 times a week. This should get you ready

go to the gym and run or do sit ups and watch what u eat.u probably wont lose it all but it will slim out

note: sit ups and crunches are not the same thing. sit ups u go all the way up, crunches u go half way up wit your legs in the air....that one helps you get them abs
