Ok so i always have this routine before school starts, where i eat one chicken caesar salad a day at noon(from mcdonalds) and thats it for the entire day and i end up losing 1 1/2-3 lbs a day when i do it (i always do it 2 weeks before school starts, and i lose about 20 pounds in the two weeks,) but i mean.. this isn't dangerous is it,because it works miracles let me tell ya! and its just a 2 week thing..anyway anyone needing to lose weight should do it, its amazing.

ok well remember i only do it for two weeks its never given me any problems and at the end of the two weeks i eat normal again to maintain the weight but yeah i usually eat 3 meals a day.

Firstly its not "healthy" due to your lack of getting the right amount of nutrients and vitamens but it isn't extreamely unhealthy to limit what you eat. But loosing that much weight that fast is extreaemly dangerous. Weight loss should be over a more drawn out period so your body can adjust. You should be careful, it isn't a risk to life but it is unhealthy and can have many long lasting side effects. Good luck and be safe.

A chicken caesar salad is ok (the dressing may have polyunsaturated fat and sugar in it), however, you are starving yourself by not having food throughout the day.

This works for you now, because you are young and healthy, however, in the future it may not work quite as well.

A better idea would be not to gain the weight back during the school year. In other words, eating healthy year round. Check out the diet book in the library of www.hufa.org to see a few suggestions.

thats really really really bad for u. i did something like that once and i almost fainted and almost ended up in the hospital. u can get very very sick from doin that. u need to stop doin that and eat 3 meals a day!

first o not good for you! you are slowing down your metabolism so when you start eating again ull gain it back and gain more

i guess so... but u should also be careful coz toomuch diet is not healthy...
