He's a family man. See how he has his people, all of them are equal in everything, the same status for all, It's great to live in a place like that, If you take a look around (being cuban) all of your countrymen are just like you. dying of anxiety, waiting for a better life to come. FC is a great man, he gives up the power to his brother instead of making that people vote for their president. What does it mean? It means he's a great family man.
By the way, I'm sarcastic.

Probably he dies and Cuban is going to be a riot island by that moment, He's not thought to give his power up to anybody.
