Well I have a red blotch on the side my head. and it feels like its pulsating. Like it gets intense and I don't know whether it could be a blood clot or a bug/insect bite. Its irritating me the whole day. When I yawn I can feel the pain. When I move my jaws I can feel the pain as well. I'm really worried. I don't know what this is. Can anyone help me out?

Put a cold pack on it 4 times a day for 30 minutes at a time and see if it reduces after the first day. If not, get the hell into a medical facility.

Is it warm to the touch? If so, it could very well be an insect bite, most likely a spider. The best thing to do though is see a doctor, blood clots usaslly are much smaller than you would think. I've never heard of a blood clot being so bad that you could see it from the outside of the body.

You probably would not see a blood clot on the side of your head. More likely it is indeed some kind of bite.
However, I would go in and make sure it is not something like a spider bite, cellulitis, abscess, etc...
If it is painful, hot, etc.. go in and get it looked at...

Get an MRI referral from your Family Doctor
or General Practitioner

i would go to a doctor and ask because a blood clot can result in a stroke or paralysis, so yours doesn't sound like that..but ask!
