I don't have pics, but a full foil will highlight ALL of your hair, underneath too- a partial will just do the top layers you see when your hair is down.

Sorry I don't have pictures but I do have an explanation, a half head only has the top sections of hair highlighted, while a full head has the entire head highlighted. It's better to go with the half head. For one they are less expensive & they can be done to make it look as though the entire head is done. It's also a bit better on the hair, you aren't damaging all of your hair only the top section, & if you layer your hair it's easier to get rid of the damage done tot hat section.
