You have the municipal airport in Manhattan (MHK), and you can flights to/from there, but the major airport is in Kansas City (MCI).
Try FareChase, they search dozens of websites for you, so you dont have to, and they also find fares to Manhattan, KS.

There is a small airport in Manhattan, but for major airlines, you need to go to Kansas City, which is about 1 1/2 hours away

I live in Topeka. Nearest major airport is KCI
We have 2 airports here but planes like Delta & TWA don't land here.
