I think it's ridiculous that China is our #1 trading partner and Cuba is under a trade embargo.
Both are Communist governments, so that is not a deciding factor.
There are alleged human rights violations by their respective governments, again, a push.
Cuba is much closer, so it would be cheaper and easier to establish trading relations with Cuba than to maintain such with China.
Cuba could have access to oil resources in the Gulf of Mexico, while China continues to be more consumer than producer.
Screw China.

China is a growing Bear. It's soon to become an adult. And when it does, every nation, including the USA will be on its knees. It is on track to surpass the US in Defense, Economic power, etc.
In 15 years, I'm going to retire to an isolated Island, so if the US and China ever duke it out, I'll be away from the Nuclear fallout.

its a culutral country i mostly think of china as the country that has the great wall of china that reminds me of the war and how they used that to keep the other counrties armies out i like chinese food its not my fave country butits unique bc that wear a lot of our products come from and the silk worm its amazing and there is more i dont know and tons of history

Communists. One child only. The people there are pretty depressed. Everything is made there. Food is awesome! Moaists...er...The Great Wall...and that other wall in Beijing were everyone wrote their gripes to the government. I don't think I'll ever want to visit.

I don't think is that great at all. I went there. It's v. cold in winter and it's pretty dirty. It's hard to find stuff of good quality. Restaurant are also dirty. People are kindoff rude, specially in Shanghai.
