Rwyn di garw di, Cariad - that'd probably be my tip-top favourite thing to say in the world...It's Welsh for "I love you, my Beloved".
In terms of everyday speech though, I say "For the love of..." quite a lot, and you can tell how vexed I am by whoever comes on the end of the sentence - Pete, Mike, God, Christ, Beelzebub's Budgerigar...and so on :o)

"You know" and "No shoes, no shirt, no problem". Of course, I never really say the second phrase because I don't really have the opportunity to fit it in my conversation. But I'd love to say it more.
