Which profession is much more in-demand in Canada: Networking or Web Design & Development?

Most of the private colleges recommends a Networking career rather than web programming because these kind of jobs are now being outsourced in countries like India, Philippines which has cheaper labor.

Bingo! They're right. But a lot of companies that tried outsourcing are bringing the work back in-house due to language problems and poorly written contracts that result in user dissatisfaction and cost overruns.
