Why do people say " It's so ugly it's cute" ?

seriously... why, we all know that's not true.

I've wondered the same thing... maybe because it is so ugly that it's looks are almost decieving... who knows.

During people grow up, they choose some of the things as the best and they create some standards one their mind, so every time they want to give an Idea about being ugly or being the best, they compare the target with the standard one on their mind.
