I believe you mean razr, and upload...Anyway, Start > My Computer > Drive (Depends) > Photos
or something similar to that.

First of all, you don't need to "download" or "upload" the pictures off of it, all you are doing is file transfering to get the picutres out so u can view, or save into your computer. To find the pictures, u must go to "My Computer" and from there, click on "removable disk", from there, find where your pictures are stored, usually under "moblie---->pictures". The razr however outta the box cannot be recognized by windows...you have to buy the software which is available from motorola. Without the software, you can't do anything with your cell phone! The reason why this is because the razr doesn't have a memory card, therefore a software is necessary. Phones that come with transflash (memory card), they can automatically work without a software, like the motorola V360!! hope this helps! :)--GET THE SOFTWARE, IT'S WORTH IT!

It should show up under my computer as a disc drive and you can go there, find the folder with the photos and drag and drop them.
