I am one of four patners in a small high performance auto part manufacturing company. Now that we are starting to make some profit. I would like to know how to calculate what the value of a share of it is worth.

Easy.. Just plug in the name of the company on your computer and find the ticker symbol click on finance on Yahoo and put the symbol in and the profile will be on you screen . you can read the entire chart son the company . You can also create a portfolio so you can tract the stock... good luck
