Dude if you're a pitcher dont worry about gaining weight or being too small, look at Roy Oswalt he's tiny. I was 5'8" 140lbs and I was a 2nd baseman and I was 1st team all league. it all depends on your talent not your size. I was the 3rd smallest guy on my team and I lead the team in Batting Average, Homeruns, RBI's, Runs, and Stolen Bases. Dude don't worry about your size you're only 15, you will still grow. Now if you want to gain weight just eat a lot of carbs and protein. I am a personal trainer now, and if you are an athlete, carbs are really good, carbs give you energy and will help you gain weight. and drink two protein shakes a day, one in the morning for breakfast and one after practice or your workout. Eat Pastas, Rice, Beans, and Wheat bread for the carbs, and buy Muscle Milk Protein Shakes, they are the best tasting and they give you a lot of protein and carbs. Dont worry as you get older you will put on weight. if you have any questions about training or anything e-mail me at bryan_22221@yahoo.com. good luck and dont hesitate to e-mail me if you need any advice.

No way man. You just have to decide if you are going to be a fast speedy kid, or a stronger slower player. I had a couple of friends that were very successful playing ball as second basemen, or shortstop . If you want to meat up it couldn't hurt, unless you get to big and slow, but then you could always catch.
If you want to get bigger I suggest lots of protein. Eat as much as you can and try to work out about three to four times a week. Switch muscle groups. Maybe do back and biceps one day, triceps and chest another, and legs another. On you off days do lots of situps and run. Every day switch off between long distance and sprints.
The biggest thing is not to give up and think that you are too small.
Those who succeed are those that do not sit around and make excuses.

U cant really be TOO small. just use ur size to ur advantage. Just look at ichiro hes around 5'5 and one of the best hitters in baseball.U may not be a power hitter or a 1st basemen. that doesnt hav 2 b a bad thing. ur prbly fast. if ur a pitcher just do weight training in the off season for ur arm. since ur prbly fast work on on ur bunt and pull the ball.
Good Luck!

if yopu want to stay pitching worry about your mechanics, and focus..dont worry about size...you still have some growth in front of you, and if you just do regular workouts, you will gain more size, should really look into the Roger Clemens workout..if you want to be a position player..wok on a consistent swing, take video of yourself...work on all the small ball parts of the game, bunts, and hitting the other way...and field ground balls or fly balls every day

A reporter once ask 5'4" Freddie Patek what it was like being the smallest guy in the Major Leagues...Freddie said "It's a lot better than being the smallest guy in the minor leagues"..
"It ain't the size of the dog in the fight, it's the size of the fight in the dog"

No tips- but my bro was your size until his senior year- now he's 6'3 and 240 lbs! He plays semi pro football. Boys don't stop growing until 21/22!
