I need help. two hours after I put on my eyeliner and mascara I look like a racoon.. I get the waterproof stuff!! What should I use?

If you have oily skin, avoid putting any lotion under your eyes, unless it is specific to dark circles or wrinkles. Wipe off excess with a tissue, dust loose powder over your lashed and under eyes, (I even put a little powder on my finger to make sure I get right up to my lash line and then apply the eyeliner (try keeping it in the freezer or fridge so it stays firm. Your mascarra will go on and stay on with the power on the lashes

I dunno about what product you could use but you could try this.
Get an unused lip balm like chapstick. Rub a little on your fingertip, and rub it under your eye (or wherever the eyeliner has spread, just not ON the eyeliner itself) and wipe it off with a tissue. The smeared eyeliner will come off.

stop putting eyeliner on . you no doubt have oily skin , put a powder on under your lashes instead this will help with the bleeding

Well maybe the brand you are using isn't that good, try waterproof in another brand of makeup, it may also be that your skin is oily or maybe sweat or humidity..
