Does anybody else watch talk shows such as Lars Larson, Bill O'Reilley, Michael Savage, etc. Aren't you enraged at what liberals have done to America? When do you think we can get rid of all these liberal fanatics who live in their own little fantasy world and make America what it used to be?

And the reason our current government can't do cr@p is because Bush is a two-faced bastard. He wants to please both the conservatives and the liberals and he can't seem to do either of those two. If we just had a president who didn't care what the liberals thought and did what was right, then our country would be better off.
I am talking about things such as:
ban f@g marriage/unions/adoptions etc (shooting them would be illegal in this country so lets to the next best thing)
ban abortion except to save a woman's life
sever all ties with and do not recognize the UN
and number 1: put a cork in those liberal journalists' mouths

What most people forget is that patriotism means upholding the values of your country, and that this country was founded on many different values.
In the Preamble to the Constitution, this country was founded to: "establish Justice, to ensure domestic Tranquility, to provide for the common Defense, to promote the general Welfare, and secure the blessings of Liberty"
Conservatives think the most important are "to ensure domestic Tranquility" (meaning to promote conformity with 'traditional' ways) and to "provide for the Common Defense". They want group rights (conformity with 'traditional' values) and a large government to ensure domestic tranquility (by enforcing those conservative majority beliefs).
Liberals think it's more important to "promote the general Welfare, and ensure the blessings of Liberty". They believe that personal freedoms should not be sacrificed in the name of conformity, and the it's the governments job (if it is "of and for the people") to see that the people are cared for.
The concept of promoting Justice is important to both camps, but their idea of justice differs. Most camps of the liberal parties believe ensuring Justice requires favoring defendants, preferring the guilty to go free rather than sending the innocent to prison. Republicans and conservatives believe the promoting Justice requires being harsh to those accused, even if that occasionally inflicts harsh sentences on the innocent.
I'm not enraged at what any one end of the political spectrum has done to this country. I'm saddened that the ideals of this country have fallen so low that people attack each other and call each other names just because they have ideological differences.
It's really sad when attempting to uphold the constitutional principles this country was founded upon is considered defective. And it's amazing that anyone from any party can consider themselves a supporter of this country when they call another party names just because they have different perspectives on which constitutional mandates are more important.

Im not sure if liberalism is a mental disorder that we can equate to humans. Liberals arent human, theyre a sub-species and labeling them as such is an insult to every human on the planet.
Yes, Im outraged at what the liberal scum have done and continue to do to our country. Sadly, I dont think we'll ever get rid of them, theyre bent on ruining America.

Actually, Sparky, I am more enraged at what fanatics (left and right) are doing to this country. Its not whether you lean to the left or to the right, its a matter of still being able to reach the middle where most of us stand and come up with compromises and agreements in order to make advancements for the good of the country. I personally believe more in the Conservative ideals, and greatly agree with the Libertarian platform. Our problem does not arise from groups with titles like Leftist or Neo-con, it arises from thick skulled, narrow minded, poorly endowed fellows like yourself.

Aren't you enrage at what our current leadership, under the guise of conservatism, has done to America? Exploding debt, largest growth in government size since FDR, eroding civil liberties, largest growth in pork-barrel spending in 20 years, misuse of the National Guard, cutting military pay and benifits - the list goes on.
I don't listen to FOX News or Air America. I don't need to be told what to think...

I think it's true...once the liberal mentality starts in a person, it moves from thought to thought until the liberal is utterly insane.
Insane is simply considered absent from reality...with all the liberal conspiracy theory nuts out there, it would be accurate to call them insane.

I think it's sad how they think and the things they support, but we can never get rid of them. Some of them are the richest people on earth, which means that they will always have a strong lobby in Washington.
