I did down load this file, with some exams it is in a format where I am unable to open it "exams..iso " can someone tell me a way to recover or open this file

first of all, i would make sure the file is larger than 1 mb, otherwise it could be a self loading virus. If it a legit ISO, an iso is a cd image that can be loaded with daemon tools. http://www.daemon-tools.cc/dtcc/download.php download the latest windows version. Install this program, After installation, load the file with this tool. You should be able to see a new cd-rom driver under your 'my computer', it should be loaded, this is the program you use to load iso's

an ISO is a disk image file. Try downloading a program such as IsoBuster or WinIso, if you have to pay for them, just get the trial version. Alternatively you can burn the image to a CD.

Easy! goto http://www.altools.net (Download the FREE file called ALZIP "It recognizes .ISO files and can extract them!" problem solved!
