Ummm .... both? Without foreplay, we are not aroused. Without actual sex, we may as well just masturbate. If you want to make your partner happy, give more than you expect to receive. The happier she is, the happier she will make you. Most important .... ASK HER WHAT SHE LIKES! Hey, she might surprise you. Better yet, ask her to show you what she likes. You can respond in kind. Noone is a mind reader and we all like different things.

foreplay is just that, foreplay, and i LOVE it when my man plays with me before sex, it makes me feel so good, it makes me feel wanted, AND makes me want to repay the favor... and knowing that it will lead up to sex, is half the fun...
but without the foreplay, it's just sex... it feels good, but it's boring, and foreplay without sex... well that's just wrong!!!
